ROCK AND ROLL !

 Last night's AK-47 practice was excellent . The new songs are coming along , and I love playing again . Mental health and well-being is just as important as the physical .

I've been listening to The Dayglos'  Armageddon Survival Guide , and it fucking rocks . Everything from hardcore thrashers to mid-tempo anthems . Get into it .
