I had coffee with Darryl today . He is an OG , formerly of the band Pressure Cooker , and one of the best people I know .
Even though everyone knows how important it is to connect with people, talking to him today made me realize just how important it really is . Shared experiences and outlooks are crucial to getting through this muddled life .
