FUCKING RATS

In any national liberation struggle , or indeed any uprising at all, you will always encounter those rats who will sell out their people for almost nothing .

These motherfuckers are less than human , and are usually dealt with the same way any vermin are.

A West Bank prisoners’ committee accused the Palestinian Authority of torturing a detainee before his arrest by Israeli occupation forces.

Key Developments

  • The Committee of Families of Political Prisoners accused the Palestinian Authority of continuing a “revolving door” policy with Israel.
  • The committee said released prisoner Alaa Hamdan was arrested by Israeli forces shortly after leaving PA custody.
  • It added that Hamdan was subjected to prolonged torture in Jericho prison before being handed over in poor health.

Committee Condemns Arrest

The Committee of Families of Political Prisoners in the West Bank accused the Palestinian Authority security services of facilitating the arrest of released prisoner Alaa Hamdan by Israeli occupation forces, describing the case as “conclusive evidence” of the continuation of the so-called “revolving door” policy.

According to the committee, Hamdan, from the town of Saida north of Tulkarm, was arrested by Israeli occupation forces shortly after being released from Palestinian Authority detention, where he had spent more than 11 months in political imprisonment.

Poisonous Stab

In a statement, the committee reported that Hamdan has been subjected to “a long series of brutal, barbaric, and systematic torture” throughout his detention, particularly at the Jericho prison.

It also stated that Hamdan was transferred to Israeli custody while suffering from deteriorating health and injuries sustained during his detention.

The committee described the transfer as “a treacherous and poisonous stab” and “a blatant regression from the minimum of national and moral values.”

PA is ‘Primary Facilitator’

The committee argued that Hamdan’s case reflects a systematic policy in which the Palestinian Authority’s security services have become “the primary facilitator of the occupation.”

It called on Palestinian national and Islamic groups, as well as human rights organizations, to intervene to end what it described as the “disastrous farce” of repeated arrests by both the PA and Israeli occupation authorities, warning that political prisoners remain vulnerable to what it termed the “guillotine of coordination and double arrest.”

The case comes amid longstanding controversy over security coordination between the Palestinian Authority and Israel, particularly regarding the detention of Palestinians wanted by Israeli authorities.

Palestinian factions and prisoners’ groups have for years accused the PA of pursuing a “revolving door” policy, under which detainees are arrested by PA forces and later rearrested by Israeli occupation forces after their release.

Palestinian security services have also faced repeated criticism from international human rights organizations over accusations of arbitrary detention, torture and ill-treatment of political opponents and critics.

In a 2022 report, Human Rights Watch said torture by the Palestinian Authority in the occupied West Bank was systematic and documented the continued arbitrary arrest of critics following the killing of activist Nizar Banat in PA custody in 2021.

Similarly, Amnesty International has repeatedly documented arbitrary arrests, political detentions, torture, deaths in custody, and the failure to hold security personnel accountable for abuses committed in PA detention facilities.
