AND THEN THERE'S THIS PIECE OF SHIT......

And how about this fucking lowlife, and his shitmunching "18 year career" with the rcmpigs? Scumbag motherfucker.....

Tim Shields, a former spokesman for the RCMP in British Columbia, has been charged with sex assault.
According to a statement released by the Criminal Justice Branch, the criminal charge has been approved against the former Mountie as a result of an investigation into sexual misconduct alleged to have occurred between 2009 and 2010.
At the time of the alleged incident, Shields was the officer in charge of strategic communications at E division headquarters. The complainant was a civilian employee with the RCMP.
The single charge of sexual assault was sworn in B.C. provincial court today. Shields is scheduled to appear in court on June 27.
The RCMP suspended Shields in May of 2015. He retired from the force in December 2015.
Shields's lawyer, David Butcher, told CBC News his client is devastated.
"He absolutely denies the allegations, which have been under investigation for several years," said Butcher. "Mr Shields has successfully passed a polygraph test taken by a reputable examiner....  As the matter is now before the court, we will not be making any further comment."

Faces 2 other claims of sexual harassment

Shields, who is being sued for sexual harassment by two former civilian co-workers, has denied all the allegations against him.
According to their notices of civil claim, one of the complainants alleges Shields touched her in a sexual manner and tried to undress her, confined her in a washroom and forced her to touch him in an inappropriate manner, and exposed himself to her between 2009 and 2011.

She also claims he sent her text messages seeking a sexual relationship and verbally sexually harassed her.
The other complainant, who has filed a separate lawsuit, alleges Shields abused his position of authority over her to commit acts of sexual assault.
She alleged that in 2003 while driving to the B.C. Interior with Shields he made unwanted sexual advances toward her.
She also claimed Shields exposed himself to her in 2008 in a police car.
None of the civil or criminal charges against Shields have been proven in court.

RCMP response

The commanding officer of the RCMP in B.C., Deputy Commissioner Craig Callens issued a statement in response to the charge filed today.
"Charges of this nature against a police officer are disturbing and are even more so that it is alleged to have occurred in our headquarters," Callens said.
"As the commanding officer, I would emphasize that the RCMP pursued this investigation as it would any serious criminal matter, regardless that the suspect was a senior police officer. All internal processes were pursued in this file."
Callens said the RCMP was made aware of the allegations in 2013 as a result of one of the civil claims filed against Shields and a subsequent code of conduct investigation. But he said at the time, there was insufficient evidence to proceed with the investigation.
That changed in 2014 when "significant new information became available." Callens said an investigative team was formed consisting of professional standards and major crime investigators who utilized "major case principles" to pursue the allegations.

18-year RCMP career

In court documents filed in response to the civil claims, Shields cited the 18 years he spent as an RCMP officer.
He outlined an exemplary police career including multiple awards for selfless service and thousands of media interviews that made him the public face of the RCMP in B.C.
He came to national prominence in part during an inquiry into Vancouver airport Taser death of Robert Dziekanski at the hands of RCMP officers. Shields apologized at the time on behalf of the force for inaccurate information that misled the public about the death of the Polish immigrant.
Shields appears to be the most high-level Mountie to be charged criminally with sexual assault in connection with a flood of allegations made against members of the force after Cpl. Catherine Galliford came forward in 2011.
Galliford recently reached an out of court settlement with the RCMP in connection with a lawsuit in which said she had suffered from post-traumatic stress disorder due to years of sexual harassment on the job.

HOW THE FUCK?!!!

How the fuck is it that a douchebag racist like george the piece of shit zimmerman who killed unarmed 17 year old Trayvon Martin, and is now trying to capitalize off of this by trying to sell the fucking gun, is still walking free? Is it because he embodies all that is amerikkka, from the racism to the blatant moneymaking at all costs amorality? Yes. Yes it is. That fuckhole is nothing, and lower than fucking dogshit. This is all I need to see to prove that this fucking continent needs a fucking Revolution.

Zimmerman's Lies: A Brief Recap

July 14, 2013 | Revolution Newspaper | revcom.us

It is an uncontested fact that George Zimmerman put a gun to Trayvon Martin’s chest and put a hollow-point bullet through his heart, killing him almost instantly, on the evening of February 26, 2012. Trayvon Martin was walking home with a cold drink and a box of candy. George Zimmerman got out of his car, followed Trayvon, and murdered him.
From the moment of Trayvon’s death to the present day, George Zimmerman never exhibited anything close to genuine sorrow or regret over the murder. But he and those around him have pumped out lie after lie to justify the killing of Trayvon Martin.
George Zimmerman told his story to two police investigators, to his neighbor, and to Fox Newshost Sean Hannity. Each of Zimmerman's versions of what happened has been demonstrated to be a lie, and each of them significantly contradicts the others.
Zimmerman's story, as told to police investigators, in an interview with Hannity, and to a friend of his—also a cop—has been a concoction full of self-justifying and self-contradictory lies. Lies used to justify murder. Zimmerman's story, in fact, is impossible. The following are a few of the more important examples.
  • The lie: Zimmerman told his friend Mark Osterman—who has himself been a cop for over 20 years—that he was in a desperate struggle with Trayvon for Zimmerman's gun. Zimmerman never said this to police. But Osterman wrote in a book, and it was entered into evidence, that Zimmerman said, “somehow I broke his grip on the gun where the guy grabbed it between the rear site and the hammer. I got the gun in my hand, raised it towards the guy’s chest, and pulled the trigger.”
  • The truth: DNA evidence ruled out any real possibility that Trayvon ever touched Zimmerman's gun. The only DNA evidence on the gun's grip was that of George Zimmerman. None was Trayvon's. Zimmerman also claimed that Trayvon went for Zimmerman's holster. Anthony Gorgone, a DNA lab analyst for the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, testified as an expert witness that “Zimmerman's holster tested positive for only Zimmerman's DNA as well.”

  • The lie: Zimmerman claimed that Trayvon “bashed,” “slammed,” and “wailed” his head into the sidewalk. One of Zimmerman's lawyers claimed that the sidewalk was Trayvon's “deadly weapon.” Pictures of Zimmerman's alleged injuries have been shown repeatedly on tv.
  • The truth: There is no way that Zimmerman's head was repeatedly slammed into the sidewalk. As Dr. Valerie Rao, a medical examiner in Florida, testified, Zimmerman's injuries were “insignificant,” “so minor” that all they required was an ordinary band-aid.
  • The lie: Zimmerman told police investigators that Trayvon was circling his car, looking in at him, while Zimmerman was on the phone with the police dispatcher.
  • The truth: That would obviously be a big deal, and something Zimmerman, if he was actually concerned about his safety, would say to the 911 dispatcher while he was on the phone. Yet, somehow Zimmerman never mentioned this very crucial bit of information to the dispatcher while they were actually talking.
  • The lie: Zimmerman claims that Trayvon was straddling Zimmerman's chest, punching him, banging his head into the sidewalk, pinching Zimmerman's nose so he couldn't breathe, and reaching for Zimmerman's gun.
  • The truth: Journalist Charles Blow wrote about how Zimmerman's description of the fight scene is particularly incredible, saying “...partly because of ... the idea that Martin, while straddling Zimmerman, would be able to see a gun that was presumably behind him, and the idea that Zimmerman would feel Martin’s hand snake across his body, pinch that hand underneath his arm and then reach for and retrieve the gun himself. If Zimmerman’s hand was free enough for such a maneuver, were his hands not also free enough to try to push Martin off, or force Martin to release his head and not bang it against the concrete, or to hit Martin back (which he never says he does during the entire encounter)? Did Zimmerman’s mixed martial arts training provide him no defensive options whatsoever? Something about this just doesn’t sound right. And, by the way, how was Zimmerman able to get around Martin’s leg, retrieve the gun and aim it at Martin’s chest so easily?”
  • The lie: Zimmerman claimed that Trayvon “jumped out of bushes” and hit him, knocking him to the ground.
  • The truth: There are no bushes to jump out of where Zimmerman claims he was assaulted. This is clearly evident on the video where Zimmerman walked through his version of what happened with some Sanford police.
And the one coherent thing about the different, self-contradictory lies is that they all serve to justify the murder of Trayvon Martin as “self-defense.”
Zimmerman's life aspiration is to be a cop; he took college courses to train for this, he tried to ride with the Sanford police. Zimmerman claimed in the interview with Sean Hannity that he had never heard of Florida’s infamous “stand your ground” law, and portrayed himself as unschooled in legal defenses for killing someone. Yet, repeated testimony and school records show Zimmerman was well-versed in Florida's “self-defense” law.

WRONG

Those on the right, and this includes the liberal left also, will assert that communism is worse than capitalism, is hypocritical at best, and murderous and genocidal at it's worst. Of course, this all depends on how you interpret history, and how much validity you would give to defenders of colonialism, slavery, and imperialism. These people are also fond of pointing out the privileges that the old commie leaders had under their system, and how this shows it to be  a flawed ideology. Wrong , motherfuckers, dead fucking wrong. It is not the ideology that is at fault, but rather, the remnants of the old system, with it's elitist bullshit reasserting itself. I would like to think that we have learned something from the mistakes of the past, and if some bloated asshole tried any of the setting up of shops, summer houses, and villas for use by party leaders and their hangers-on only, we'd go fucking Cultural Revolution on their ass, not let them get away with that shit.
Just something I've been thinking about lately.

AGAIN

This is a point that can't be made often enough. There are too many people out there, ( yes, even "punks") who believe in the myth of "free elections".
Pull your head out of your ass. This system will lead you into blind alleys and death.

So long as human society is divided into different classes of people, there is, and there can be, no such thing as a "freeelection," in the sense that no group in society has a greater influence than others on elections and in general on political decision-making. In a world of this kind, one group in society—fundamentally representing a ruling class of one kind or another—will always have greater influence than the rest of the people. Only when we get to a communist world—without class divisions, and without oppressive social relations and social antagonisms—will this no longer be the case; and then elections will not have the same character and the same role as they do now.
All this is very much bound up with the following "three sentences" on democracy and class rule:
In a world marked by profound class divisions and social inequality, to talk about "democracy"—without talking about the class nature of that democracy and which class it serves—is meaningless, and worse. So long as society is divided into classes, there can be no "democracy for all": one class or another will rule, and it will uphold and promote that kind of democracy which serves its interests and goals. The question is: which class will rule and whether its rule, and its system of democracy, will serve thecontinuation, or the eventual abolition, of class divisions and the corresponding relations of exploitation, oppression and inequality.

READ MANY MANY BOOKS

I went to the times colonist book sale last weekend, and am still in love with it. I have been reading this gem:

I certainly do not agree with Foer's total world outlook, but he is a damn good writer. This book is entertainment, history, sociology, all in one. It helps if you already like soccer, but you might find it to be a good read anyway, unless of course you are brain dead and would rather spend your time on facefuck or texting your loser bff. Read, goddammit, read!

YOU KNOW IT'S WORSE THAN THIS

Victoria continues it's fine tradition of police chief shittery with this asshole....and you know that whatever they are telling us, it's much worse than this.

Victoria's police chief Frank Elsner has been suspended, effective immediately, following allegations of misconduct, including attempting to influence witnesses and delete information from Victoria Police computers.
The new accusations surfaced in connection with the ongoing investigation into claims Elsner sent inappropriate social media messages to the wife of a subordinate officer.
Retired judge Ian Pitfield, ordered the suspension Friday shortly after his appointment as adjudicator by the Office of the Police Complaints Commission.
The co-chairs of the Victoria and Esquimalt Police Board were told of the suspension this afternoon.
The Victoria Police Board says it will meet next week to determine whether the suspension will be with or without pay.
Chief Elsner has been on administrative leave since December.
A statement from police complaints commissioner Stan Lowe earlier today said new information suggests Elsner "attempted to inappropriately influence potential witnesses" and "may have deleted or attempted to delete information relevant to the internal investigation."

Deceit and discreditable conduct

According to the statement Elsner is now facing three separate disciplinary breaches of public trust; an allegation of deceit and two allegations of discreditable conduct.
Elsner's lawyer Janet Winteringham says he cannot comment on the allegations.
Frank Elsner
Elsner was sworn in a Victoria Police Chief in December 2013 (@ChiefElsner)
"Even in the face of a detailed media release that has been delivered from the police complaints commissioner's office, neither the chief nor council should be commenting on an outstanding police act investigation." Winteringham told CBC News.
The RCMP has been designated to investigate the new allegations which represent another twist in the ongoing drama around Elsner which began last August when the co-chairs of the Victoria and Esquimalt Police Board received a tip that Elsner had exchanged inappropriate Twitter messages with a female officer on another force.
The woman's husband is an officer serving under Elsner.
Elsner has been on paid leave since December when the initial investigation was launched.
Investigations under the Police Act must be completed within six months.
