There is a chapter in the book "The Black Panthers Speak" edited by Philip S. Foner, called "Black Soldiers as Revolutionaries to Overthrow the Ruling Class", in which Bobby Seale, writing from jail in San Francisco, exhorts Black, Chicano, Native American, and poor whites to say fuck the Vietnam war, and come home to make revolution where it needs to be made. His argument is basically that the Vietnamese people wanted self determination. He said that it was a rich man's war and the bourgeoisie was sending poor oppressed people to fight other poor and oppressed people for him. Fuck that. The same argument could be made today, for wherever the u.s. sends it's fucking troops, from Iraq to Afghanistan to Libya, Pakistan and Yemen. Get the fuck out. The fucking yanks turn their troops into brainless racist murderers and rapists, and the rare time they get found out, there is some sadass excuse for a show trial, while other troops are going about the same shit, including to their female "comrades".

This quote is as relevant today as it was back then, maybe even more so. The imprisonment and oppression of Black people has gotten worse, youth are being shot and killed in the streets almost daily, and there are prisoners who have been locked up in guantanamo for over 11 years with absolutely no charges ever having been laid against them. The power of capital above all else, and if a Black president can do it for them and make it palatable for the fucking liberals, why the fuck not? Look up "The Black Panthers Speak". Study and learn.
