The mainstream media would have us believe that soldiers who travel thousands of miles to invade other lands in order to steal natural resources and kill the local population are "heroes", and worthy of our undying admiration and respect. This is an argument so filled with hate-filled emotion that most of the time, rational debate is impossible. But they are not heroes. They are invaders. The local population who are trying to repel the invading hordes are the actual patriots, and no, they are not all fundamentalist fanatics. They just want the imperialist agents who do not speak the language and who disrespect and hate the culture and people out. Get the fuck out.
