For some people this might sound weird, but I'm actually sad about the passing of AC/DC's rhythm guitarist and songwriter, Malcolm Young. He had fought dementia for a few years, and finally succumbed to his illness at the age of 64. There's something about the in your face uncompromising simplicity, catchiness, and yes, volume of that band that I find compelling, especially the Bon Scott era stuff. All of that, and they really didn't change during their entire career. Fantastic. Read about Malcolm here.
