It was a great Monday night show at the Cavity Curiosity Shop , featuring my favourite new band Knife Manual , along with Victoria Oi ! rockers Off The Clock, and California straightedge band The Choice .
As always, there were stupid fucking rumours flying around about how The Choice were a bunch of militant assholes who would fight you if they saw you drinking , and other idiotic shit. Untrue, of course. They were as cool as can be, and rocked the fucking place .
Knife Manual were great as always, and I can't wait for them to record soon. Their under twenty minute sets are killer . They have a great aggressive/fun energy. Do not miss them next time they play.
Sadly, Off The Clock will be done soon . They also put on a great set, with singer Will being a great energetic and enjoyable frontman to watch. We'll be playing with them at a house show on the 14th of September . I'm not at liberty to post the address here. You'll have to find out elsewhere. Sorry .
