Policy Of Truth from Vancouver put out a short tape a while back , and I don't know if they're still together or not , but they are great live . Listen to their cassette .
Thick Skull from Victoria I know are not playing anymore, but they were fucking exellent. Again, great live , and intense . Look it up .
And Shallow End who are of course still together and recently released their "Urban Decay " cassette , which will fucking tear everything down. Also superb live , with truckloads of energy .
This is not by by any means meant to be any sort of "best of " list, but merely what's been on my playlist very recently .
