On this May 1, International Proletariat Day, the Peruvian Popular Movement, an organization generated by the Communist Party of Peru for work abroad, expresses its greetings to the international proletariat, the last class in history, whose historical mission, as the only class genuinely revolutionary, is to march towards the golden communism with a people's war, fighting imperialism and reaction and revisionism, old and new, as the main danger for the revolution. We salute the oppressed peoples and their heroic struggles for national liberation against imperialist exploitation and oppression. We salute all the popular struggles that are expressed throughout the world, including imperialist countries, for democratic rights and economic demands.
The current situation in the world is characterized by the general and ultimate crisis of imperialism, of its entire system of exploitation. At the pole of the revolution, the heroic struggles of the peoples of the third world express that the world proletarian revolution, with its advances and setbacks, is in its strategic offensive.
At the pole of imperialism, the superpowers (USA, China and Russia) and the imperialist powers seek their way out of the decomposition and agony of this old and outdated system of exploitation and oppression with a new division of the world, with imperialist war. , fascisation and the attack on the living conditions of the masses.
The just and heroic struggle of the Palestinian people against the occupation and Zionist genocide demonstrates the increasingly bloodthirsty, warmongering and genocidal character of the imperialist bourgeoisies. He demonstrates that the oppressed countries of the third world are the loot in the inter-imperialist struggle and that the contradiction imperialism – oppressed nations today is the main contradiction.
Therefore, the current situation reveals the full validity of the slogan: Proletarians of all the countries and oppressed peoples of the world, unite! and the need for what was established by the great Lenin: “Alliance with the revolutionaries of the advanced countries and with all the oppressed peoples, against all the imperialists . ”
The great disorder caused by the imperialists, their wars and genocides, reveals the indispensability of proletarian leadership both in the national liberation struggles and in the struggles for fundamental rights in the imperialist countries, so that these heroic struggles do not end up betrayed. and diverted from their goal: to sweep the imperialist exploiters from the face of the Earth.
We call on all communists and revolutionaries in the world to unite all the struggles of the masses under proletarian leadership.
