Last night I saw Vile Intent play at a house in Colwood. I'm not normally into the bearded all black clothing pierced face all to hell style of powerviolence hardcore, but V.I. keep it fucking raging and interesting. Musically and lyrically, there is no let up. The breakdowns are fucking heavy, and you can feel the hardcore influence in the speed of light fast parts. And besides, house shows fucking rule. They always have, and they always will.
