NIGHT 2

The second night of the Jay Brown Memorial Show(s) was also a success.
The first band up were a bunch of young guys doing Sex Pistol covers in drag.
Next were Awkward A/C, who aren't really my thing, with their sort of hillbilly bluesy twang and whatnot, but for some reason or other, I enjoyed their set. They all seemed to have a great attitude, and that goes a long way. The Drunken Superheroes had fans up front who knew every word to every song, despite their inebriation, or possibly because of it!
The Keg Killers were highly entertaining, and totally into what they do. Dustin has to be one of the more charismatic frontmen out there, and they are always a good time with their sometimes crude and always catchy songs. The Hoosegow closed the night off, and they fucking tore shit up !!!! I knew they were going to be good, but the adrenaline level was so fucking high you could feel it. Tyler is also one of the best front people out there, and it was great to see him back in action again. Again, thanks to Hoon for doing such a great job for the last ten years, and for putting his entire mind body and soul into this labour of love. See you all next year !
